7. Educational Disclaimer

Mentora products provide general educational information relating to puppy training, routines, behavior, and home management.

Our products are not veterinary advice, medical advice, or a substitute for professional veterinary or qualified animal-behavior services.

Every puppy is different.

Results may vary depending on factors including age, breed, temperament, environment, previous experiences, consistency, and other circumstances.

If your dog displays serious aggression, extreme fear, self-injury, dangerous behavior, sudden behavioral changes, or other concerning symptoms, you should consult an appropriately qualified veterinarian or animal-behavior professional.

You are responsible for determining whether a training technique is appropriate and safe for your particular dog.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We provide educational systems and practical recommendations, but we cannot guarantee a particular behavioral outcome.

Purchasing or following a Mentora product does not guarantee that your puppy will stop barking, become comfortable alone, remain quiet during calls, or achieve any particular training result.

Where a specific product includes a promotional guarantee, the terms of that guarantee apply.

9. Money-Back Guarantee

Certain Mentora products may include a limited money-back guarantee.

For products currently advertised with a 7-day money-back guarantee, the applicable product page and purchase terms will describe the conditions for requesting a refund.

Where a refund guarantee applies, the guarantee is separate from and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
